Submit your info

Please click the button below to submit your information to the ECA. You will be taken to a new page provided by our forms provider Freedback.com. At the top of the page a progress bar will read form sending. Wait until the progress bar says form sent. Click Continue. This will bring you to a page displaying the info you just submitted. Click continue again to return to the ECA website. We will post your Community Note as soon as possible.
